What is Ear Candling?
Ear candling is a natural, gentle and relaxing technique used to help clean the ears of wax and other environmental debris or deposits.

What is An Ear Candle?
An ear candle is a hollow tube, about 25cm long. It is made of unbleached raw cotton and is hand-painted with Bees wax.

Ear Candling Procedure
After the client has completed the required paperwork, the ear candle practitioner will make an assessment after an ear exam with an otoscope. While laying comfortably on their side, the client is given a facial massage to help break up and loosen the mucus and wax. The client is then covered with a face shield, a head and shoulder cover and then a top layer guard. Finally, a lit ear candle is carefully placed in the outer ear canal, shortly thereafter a gentle vacuum will be created and the debris will begin to be extracted from the ear canal. The same steps are then repeated in the other ear. The entire procedure takes about 1 hour and is very relaxing and pain free.

What to expect after treatment.
