structures of the muscular-skeletal system. Aids in the
release of chronic & soft tissue tension, pain due
to stress, over exertion, and injury. The work is slow

Fingers, thumbs, knuckles, and elbows focus on the soft
tissue by slowly applying firm pressure to a specific
area. An actual “Trigger Point” is an area
of hyper-irritability within soft tissue structures, characterized
by local tenderness and sometimes referred phenomena.
These referred sensations can include pain, tingling,
numbness burning, or itching. Similar to deep tissue work.

Often when muscles have been trained hard OR if you are
experiencing a lack of physical activity, muscles tend
to seize up, contract and shorten. I will assist and educate
you on gentle stretches that will help lengthen your muscles
to give your body a better range of motion. Stretching
will help improve flexibility, reduce tension, prevent
injury, and help relieve pain.

(hot packs, hot damp cloths). Cold is used to reduce inflammation
on acute injuries, while acting as a painkiller (ice massage,
