Candace's purpose is to encourage like-minded people to start the year focusing on their path and what they need to change or release. Some of you are new to the experience and are looking for a way to learn to meditate. Since we are moving to a higher vibrational level in 2012 our energies are changing quite fast and many people find themselves overwhelmed or confused.

Meditation is very relaxing and allows you the time to quiet your mind to outside influences. This allows the answers to come to the surface.

Participants will start with a short meditation focusing on grounding, then continue with a guided meditation. The meditations will focus on a specific topic each week. After each meditation you have to option to share your experience and ask questions. Bring a journal.

Learn Relaxation Massage!

Jasmin MacKinnon, RMT since 2000, is offering an introduction workshop to relaxation massage.

When: Feb. 11th - 9:30am-5pm

Where: Sogo Body Therapy

Cost: $65.00 per person.

Please Note: We need a minimum of 4 people, maximum of 8.

My Goal: Teach you some basic body-work skills, introduce people to healthy touch, have fun!

Details: Learn about the benefits, basic anatomy, contraindications, and types of massage strokes. Lots of 'hands-on' practice. Go home with a relaxation massage sequence, a booklet of all you learned, and a lovely massage lotion!

More Scoop: You NEED to come with a person to exchange massage with. This class if for the curious, couples, friends that want to surprise their partners (especially for Valentine's Day!), parents who would like to work comfortably on kids or even their own parents.

Bring: a note book, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a lunch Snacks & tea with be provided. Sogo will provide all supplies for the workshop.

Ideally we are looking for functions that can complement what Sogo represents on the whole. (Natural Health, Wellness, and Beauty)

• We can accommodate 10-15 people comfortably. Tables and chairs available for use.
• Our atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant.
• There is a separate entrance, tea corner, bathroom facilities, sink and microwave in the room if needed.
