PURPOSEFUL COMMUNICATION IN RELATIONSHIPS: Eliminating the problems of the past and enhancing new abilities to brighten your future. Non-verbal communication is the best form of communication anyone can have. In our monthly Sogo series, we are going to begin the real transformation in all sorts of relationship types: love & romance, communication with children/parents, work relationships and more. We will focus on removing past troubles, and actually increasing present and future non-verbal communication.
What can an increase in non-verbal communication do? It eliminates the counter productiveness of oral discourse and all misunderstandings and misinterpretations of what has been said. The trick is to tune into each other and be in "sync" with what the other person is feeling. This minimizes the need to have wordy explanations or to defend one's position, leading to conflicts and judgments. It is all about speaking less and intuiting more to each other's needs so the words used have enhanced significance. Just being in the other person's presence will strengthen the bond of the relationship with faultless integration, unconditional acceptance and recognition with no trace of rejection or blame.
